Date Submitted: May 05, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009 The property lived up to its description and more. Three mature ladies thoroughly enjoyed your ground floor apartment. It was in such a beautiful area and the garden is so lovely and peaceful. (Shame about the rain). We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot. The kitchen equipment all worked. All this is very important to holiday makers. The property, linen and towels were spotlessly clean and everything was well maintained. We were met and welcomed despite the lateness of our arrival. The owners were very friendly and kind, assuring us of their help at any time we might need it - we did not. I would definitely recommend this property although it is not easy to get to at first. One you know the way there is no problem apart from narrow roads. We mostly enjoyed buying local produce and cooking at home but went to nearly towns occasionally to eat. We were unimpressed with the restaurant M... Sole ? which is nearby on the way to Luino We went across the lake on the ferry from Laveno to explore the other side. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
